Brochure Questions

What is the process?

You will be assigned a project manager at the start of your project. He or she will guide you through all the steps. You will only need to reply to our e-mails (general questions about your business) and give feedback on the proofs we will be sending. It's easy as 1-2-3!


I am not sure what brochure type is suited for my needs. Can you help?

Sure! Our sales reps will suggest the best brochure type based on your target audience, project requirements and budget. If you have technical concerns or questions, they will escalate to our project managers.


Where are you based?

We are US-based US-incorporated LLC with production offices in the US, Argentina and Spain. Design work is done in our Buenos Aires, Argentina facilities, which is only 1-2 hours ahead US EST. Printing work is done in our New Jersey, USA facilities.


Do you hire overseas, freelance designers?

No, every person involved in the process is part of our own team. We do not outsource design work to any other graphic designer. Most of the times, freelance designers are not professionals. Many of them will use templates, or reuse the same design for many customers. You could end up facing copyrighting issues, or you could see the same design used for a competitor!

On the contrary, our company assures that your design will be unique, specifically tailored to your needs.


What countries do you serve?

While most of our work comes from US, Canada and Western European countries, we have worked for companies and businesses in almost every part of the world. If printed brochures need to be delivered outside the continental US, please contact us for shipping costs.


Do you design brochures in other languages other than English?

Yes, we can design brochures in any language, but please request confirmation on this matter to our sales reps.


Do you have translators?

Yes. Depending on the language, the work might be outsourced to a professional translator network we work with. Call us for a quote.


Can I further edit the copy in Word?

No. We offer professional work that can only be edited by graphic designers using industry-specific software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). We will supply with the layered, editable graphic design files upon final payment. Files are uploaded to an online server so you or your printer can download them anytime.


What are your payment terms and methods?

We request 50% of the project total in advance, payable through 2Checkout or Paypal. These are secure, world-renowed payment gateways where you can pay using your credit card (Amex, Visa, Master, Discover) or e-checks. There's no extra charge for the buyer: all transaction charges are paid by us.


I want to update an existing brochure, what are your rates?

If you have the original, editable files in Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign formats, and the edit is minor, we suggest you hire us by the hour. Our rate is $50/h.

If there are major edits, we can quote a fixed price that will depend on the work to be done.

If you only have a non-editable PDF, JPEG, scan or similar, we can rebuild or re-design it from scratch. Our standard design fees will apply.


Do you design logos, websites, or other graphic design pieces other than brochures?

Yes, we can design virtually anything in the graphic design area.
